Prescription frames are excluded from our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Prescription lenses are custom-made to the customer’s individual specifications and prescription, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind.
This exclusion does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your prescription eyewear has a fault or does not meet your consumer guarantees, please contact us at returns@soek.com.au so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.
Warranty
Our Frames are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 6 months from date of purchase. Coverage is only with proof of purchase.
The warranty is valid only for goods that are purchased new and does not cover damage caused by general wear, abuse or mishandling.
