SOEK® have the right to refuse delivery of a product if payment terms are not adhered to.
Customers are responsible for acceptance and inspection of stock on delivery. Missing or damaged stock must be reported within 3 business days of receiving delivery.
SOEK® eyewear is made from natural sustainable wood and subsequently customers may experience variation in colours, textures and finishes.
Orders cannot be altered once products have been shipped.
